Director will provide leadership in finance and accounting at the Hospital
ZEPHYRHILLS, FL., NOV 19, 2012. Florida Hospital Zephyrhills has hired Dan Crunk as the new Finance Director. In this position, he will be responsible for analyzing financial statement trends, working with Hospital department leadership in the areas of payment methodologies and reimbursement, utilizing cost/managerial accounting techniques to review and explain productivity, and lead revenue cycle improvements for the Hospital and employed physicians.
Mr. Crunk was most recently employed with Emory-Adventist Hospital in Smyrna, GA, where he held the position of Controller. Prior to this, he worked for Huguley Memorial Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX, as Senior Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Southwestern Adventist University.
“Dan brings strong skills in problem solving and analysis, as well as a strong background with Adventist Health System in accounting and finance all the way back from his early days of internships in Texas,” said Paul Ziegele, Chief Financial Officer at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, “his leadership will be a great addition to the team.”
