25th Annual Tree Decorating & Lighting Program

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Front Lawn - 12:00 Noon – 6:30 P.M.
Come celebrate the season with us! Trim the trees! Light the lights! Munch on cookies! Relax with friends and neighbors!
It’s an event filled with fun and holiday cheer. The front lawn of the Hospital will be graced with 53 trees, one for each of our 50 great states and Washington D.C., as well as an international tree to represent the world, a tree for the 12 provinces of Canada, and a “Support Our Troops” tree. Special this year is the Tree of Angels, in support of Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Foundation’s campaign for its new Women’s Breast Center. Trees have been reserved in advance and will be decorated by local schools, civic organizations, clubs and individuals. Tree trimming begins at 12:00 Noon and continues throughout the afternoon—it’s a party from the start- come out and watch!
Back by popular demand, The Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Community Chorale will perform a selection of your favorite Holiday songs. Under the baton of renowned Director and Conductor Dr. Marvin “Doc” Robertson, the Chorale is made up of Florida Hospital Zephyrhills employees and residents throughout East Pasco County. The Chorale performs sacred as well as secular music in area churches, community centers, concert halls and other venues.
Entertainment starts at 1:00 p.m. with the Blue/Silver Band
Santa arrives at approximately 3:00 p.m. (depends on reindeer traffic)
Evening program begins at 5:00 p.m

A Zephyrhills native, Ashley was named Florida’s 2009 Entertainer of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Female Country Artist of the Year by the Orange Blossom Country Music Association.

Grab your lawn chairs, blankets, family and friends and help usher in the holidays with us… your Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Family. Some seating will be provided for the concert. Cookies and light refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon and early evening.
