Who Can Participate
The Faith Community Nurse Program is available to every East Pasco County Religious organization including, but not limited to Zephyrhills, Dade City and Wesley Chapel. The Faith Community nurse will work with the pastoral staff to develop a Health Ministry team and a program developed to fit your congregational needs.
Please note: A Health Ministry team can be organized even if the congregation does not have a Faith Community Nurse. Become a part of a Health Ministry team by sharing this opportunity with your pastoral team. Let them know you have a burden for this outreach.
