Giving Opportunities

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Foundation established giving clubs as a way to encourage and thank donors for their generous support of Florida Hospital Zephyrhills.   Below is a brief outline of these clubs.  Donors are recognized in our quarterly newsletters within each of the clubs.  For more information on any of these clubs, please contact us at (813) 783-6144.

Heartfelt Friends of the Foundation (Annual Gifts)
 Recognizes donors who make an annual gift of $100 or more.  This group builds our base of support for future larger gifts.  An annual membership drive will be held each spring to sustain and grow the membership in this group.  Memorial and year-end appeals will be sent out each year to encourage a second gift in many cases.
 
PaceMakers (Employee Giving)
 Recognizes employees who pledge a minimum of $4.00 per pay period.  We currently have over 262 employees pledging approximately $165,000 over the next 3 years.
 
Business Partners (Corporate Gifts)
 Recognizes corporate and business gifts – pledges of $5,000 and higher over a 3 year period.  Periodic “Round Table” breakfasts and lunches with the CEO will be held and business leaders will be invited to attend and learn how they can “partner” with the hospital.
 
Stanfield Heritage Society (Planned Gifts)
 Recognizes individuals who have left EPMC a portion of their estate ($5,000 ) through the various planned gift vehicles available (trusts, wills, charitable gift annuities etc.).  Informational seminars will be held twice a year, as well as educating the professionals in our area that we are a not-for-profit entity accepting charitable gifts.  The quarterly newsletter will also feature an article on planned giving.
 
Golden Leaf Circle (Special)
 Recognizes individuals who have made a pledge or gift of $10,000 .  Pledges will generally be over a 3-year period, but may be extended on a case-by-case basis particularly if the gift is 6 figures.  Naming opportunities are available for gifts of $100,000 or more.

Caduceus Society (Physician Gifts)  
 Recognizes physicians who have made a pledge or gift of $10,000 .  Pledges will generally be over a 3-year period, but may be extended on a case-by-case basis particularly if the gift is 6 figures.  Naming opportunities are available for gifts of $100,000 or more.  Physicians will be recognized on the Caduceus Wall located outside the Physician Lounge on the main floor as well as on the Caduceus brochure.
